I called at 7:30 pm and had guys onsite in under an hour helping to clean up the water in our finished basement. Milo was absolutely awesome to deal with and always had a positive attitude. Because of their professionalism, we were confident everything would be handled correctly. Milo stayed in touch every step of the way and made sure things were going as smoothly as possible! He always checked in and worked with our schedule to get things taken care of quickly and correctly! I can’t recommend them and Milo more! I had a great experience with Servpro and can’t thank Milo enough!
Steve, Milo and Yoandry with ServPro were phenomenal in rescuing our home from water damage in these Crazy Colorado storms. I’m sure they are booked solid and they still have found the time, care and concern to do a great job, explain and ease our minds of the process. I am impressed by their efficiency and true concern for addressing the problem as well and confirming we understand what everything meant. They advocate to the insurance company and this was so much smoother than I imagined it would be. So raises all around should happen!! I definitely would recommend them every time. Ps, lemon grass was a nice scent used instead of an Intolerable chemical smell. Be sure to ask for Steve and Milo and you will know you won’t stress more than you already are.
They didn't specify cost of services before providing them, didn't provide detailed invoice until two months after services were rendered, and requested immediate payment with threat of lien on home at time invoice was provided. Their excuse for not disclosing costs upfront was that their services were related to emergency services and a home insurance claim. Furthermore, they waited several weeks after insurance claim was denied to mention we owed for their services and asked for immediate payment on first notice. No reasonable payment plan was provided for the expensive service. While they offered two payments, they had to both be made in two weeks time frame from invoice being serviced or else face threat of lein. The notice of the lein was not given until a week prior to application of the lein.
Milo was awesome! He was very professional and let me know exactly what was going on with the water damage. I highly recommend Milo and Serve Pro!
When the company we originally hired failed to show up for several days we contacted Servpro of Golden. They were at our door within 20 minutes to assess our situation. From that moment it seemed like we were their only customers and were their top priority. Mihailo, the lead tech, and his team of Danny, Jesus, John, and Issac worked extremely diligently to remove all of wet things from our basement. They packed boxes, hauled them and furniture up stairs and packed them into a trailer for safe keeping. They were hard working, very professional, and respectful of us and our belongings. Mihailo made sure to explain every step they were taking and why. He has a vast knowledge as to the why and how the process works. They were also fun guys to be around and helped make a horrible situation seem not so bad. Once they finished getting the things out of the basement fans were left to dry out the moisture. They continued to check in daily to make sure things were progressing as they should be. We would recommend Servpro of Golden and their fabulous team a thousand times over. Thanks again for turning a terrible situation into one that was handled very professionally.
