When the pipe for the condominium sprinkler failed, we thought we had seen where all the water went and were on top of the scope of the damage. Thanks to the thoroughness of Jesus and his team (Joel, Carlos and Chuy), we learned the impacted area was much more extensive than originally thought, and caught areas where mold might have developed unknown. Really appreciate the care and clarity of the work done.

Jesus was such an amazing employee!! He made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything, he took care of it all for us! He was so nice and kind and easy to get in touch with too which always helps. His crew was lovely as well. Since Jesus was so professional I actually asked him if he was the an owner of the company, in which he said he was not but he treated us with such compassion, he was just awesome! I would recommend ServPro to anyone!
