Been working for weeks straight and still has nothing but wonderful things to say about how he is treated and compensated by Servpro. Whatever is being done by management is really resonating with your employees. His review of you has so much more value than any customers feelings. ****** I had the pleasure of using Servpro of Edmond during a water leak in my wall. The first visit by Calvin and his now dismissed helper was terrific. It was late on Saturday night and they came with a cheerful attitude and extreme respect for my wife and children who were already asleep. Even with the noise of pulling apart the baseboards and carpet they kept as quiet as they could and never once allowed a door to close harshly. Calvin was very informative and pleasant. The second trip was made by Miguel. He maintained the same friendliness and professionalism established by Calvin. I highly recommend Servpro and their technicians to anyone in a difficult situation regardless of time or day.
They arrived in a timely fashion and checked for areas of moisture. They found moisture in the ceiling and we told them where water had come from and where we could see leaking. Then they started to work to pull up carpet instead of pulling the insulation from the area impacted by an over flowing sink that ran thru the upstairs down thru the basement ceiling. As a result, the saturated ceiling insulation remained for hours…water from the saturated insulation leaked out and damaged other areas not previously damaged. We had a prior leak near this one (from a toilet) and a better restoration company immediately cut drywall and pulled out the saturated insulation to prevent further damage. The guys sent to my house from ServPro Edmond clearly did not know what they were doing. Once I figured out the problem and discussed it with the foreman, he admitted that further damage had, in fact, occurred and that they should’ve started in the ceiling/insulation. They then went to call their boss and immediately left the job site. I spoke to the boss and he wouldn’t give me any explanation for them leaving the job two hours in (and with carpet glue partially scraped and leaking insulation remaining.) It was clear they knew they had messed up the job and that further damage was caused by their actions in not addressing the ceiling before the floors (common sense).
I required water mitigation and mold inspection services. Gavin and Calvin, SERVPro Mitigation Team, were professional and responsive to all of my concerns. I will definitely use SERVPRO in the future if required based on the service I received from Gavin and Calvin.
Gavin, Trey, and Sam came out this morning to clean up after a water leak in our home. They were efficient, quick, and did a great job. Thanks to guys for making a bad situation a bit better.
I had an unfortunate emergency 1/17/23 when a pipe burst inside an interior wall of my laundry room. Serv Pro came out the same day (within a couple hours of call), for which I am grateful. I am most grateful for the team they sent to my aid, Chase, Tyler, and Trey. They were so polite, patient with all my (repeated) questions, and worked very diligently!!!! They were very professional and so courteous...it was a very stressful day for me, and they made me feel like they really cared about my circumstance and about my home. I would highly recommend ServPro and their top service team in my book, Chase, Tyler, & Trey.
