Working here was a personal and moral challenge. As a black woman, there was a constant feeling of awkwardness and discomfort. I would suggest diversity and inclusion training for the 3 office workers who continually made me uncomfortable by down talking Hispanic employees, and attempting to identify me as “pissed” every time I didn’t engage in certain conversations. The owner is not personable at all, barely spoke 3 words to me throughout my entire period of employment. Additionally, I noticed that only black customers were being called “scammers” and being threatened with legal action when there were delays in payments for service. I also experienced an employee trash talking about me, because she was not careful and sent the message to me via text instead of it’s intended. I cannot speak for the work of the technicians and project managers who are out in the field but I imagine they are reliable and produce satisfactory work.

Servepro of Overbrook/Wynnefield employees did an excellent job completing the water damage remediation job incorrectly done by a competitor who left water damaged areas unremediated in my house and did not seal the wood properly. Servepro also helped remove unwanted items from my house which I appreciate greatly. They were on time, professional, courteous and expert. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

My team has worked along side Tracy, Lori, Lindsay, Fran, and co, on a multiple of projects over the past 6 months. Working with this ServPRO shop is always fun, and built on solid communication. To work in the emergency/disaster world, is to be involved in high stress situations EVERY TIME. To do it with a smile, and some comic relief is paramount to success. Vince has certainly hired a great squad.

I had a leak in my roof and water got in overnight. I couldn’t handle the cleanup myself so I called SERVPRO of Eastern Main Line. The guys they sent out were friendly and handled the job professionally.

What a nightmare. I could write paragraphs about my poor experience, but suffice to say that the office was uncommunicative, never provided a quote, and then billed us an exorbitant amount. Anyone thinking about using this company should check the better business bureau site for more, our experience was quite similar.
