I don't even know where to begin! Our washer leaked and spilled water all over our downstairs rooms and floors. We called State farm and they referred us to SERPRO of EAST San Antonio. I originally spoke with the owner Billy and after a few questions felt very comfortable and confident in him and decided to have his company do the entire job from water mitigation to replacing the entire downstairs laminate and ceramic tile flooring. I then met wet with Mr. John Lusca who sat down with my wife and I to explained in detail what the process entailed from start to finish. From the very start we felt very comfortable and happy with John and knew we had made the right choice. As of today(12/8/22) ,everything has been professionally done to our upmost satisfaction. This is rare in todays world. His team of workers did an excellent job and David the floor guy was awesome. What I liked is that John would always come by and check to see how things were going and he always answered my calls. I would highly recommend Billy, John and the rest of the crew for any job you may have. I give God thanks for bringing these wonderful people, now friends into our lives. Ramiro & Dolores Molina

I cannot say enough good things about ServPro of East San Antonio. My house was flooded when a bathtub ran all night and overflowed. John and Jason were quick to respond on a Saturday morning and by 11am a whole crew was at my house doing demo and setting up dryers and dehumidifiers. Jason, let me know almost everyday what the plan was for the following days and stuck to a very tight schedule. Everyone was so professional and did SUCH a good job. Amanda and her team were great with packing out my belongings and took a great deal of care and pride in their work and making sure everything was securely packed and wrapped. After the water clean up, ServPro also did the repairs to my home. John was always available for any questions and was very helpful and professional. The guys that did the work were fantastic, and if you get a chance to work with Adrian, you’re in luck. My house looks better AFTER their repairs than it did before. John assisted me with my insurance process when he didn’t have to, and was so nice and understanding. It takes a lot for me to give glowing reviews, but I literally have recommended them to multiple people already and would not hesitate to call them again if I needed this service. If you’re on the fence about a company to use, call them. I promise it will be a great experience!

I just want to take this time to say Thank you to the awesome guys at Servpro for the way that they really made my home repair process as pleasant as it could possibly be. Bobby Sanford, Richard Soto, and the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel at ease throughout the entire reconstruction process. They are truly professional and some real stand up guys. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and Servpro has gained a customer for life. ❤️

Billy and his team were dedicated and professionals in every aspect possible at our Alamo Ranch residence. From the moment they walk on-site until the moment the repair team took over I was treated like family. Highly recommended company, don’t hesitate to use their services.

Our house had a small water leak that resulted in water damage and mold in 3 rooms of our house. Billy and his ServPro team responded immediately, did a great job, and were very easy to work with.
