Franco Pecori was the manager of the Remediation project completed on our condo unit in Waterford Lake Condominiums.
Franco and his team were very professional, responsive, sensitive and competent. My wife and I would recommend them highly to anyone requiring their services!

I manage Vizcaya Heights Multi and had the pleasure in meeting Jackie Smith and have had great interactions with her. She is always responsive no matter the time or day and puts out the extra effort in accommodating the needs of the community.

The on site crew chief, Sara, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions patiently even though I knew she was extremely busy.
Sydney was the first contact we had with ServPro. We were also very pleased with her communication with us. It was very helpful to know that she was recently promoted to this new position so we understood when she needed to get back with us for the answers to some of our questions.
The only delay that we've been upset with was the Production Manager not giving us the estimate for the second room we decided to have done. It was promised for the 3rd time today. We'll see . . . In his defense, everyone is dealing with the aftermath of two back-to-back hurricanes that have caused an extreme amount of damage in this area!!

Daniel and his team performed their jobs 10 + they were professional with everything. I am so pleased that my home looks so clean after all the soot from fire. They deserve the highest praise that I could give.
