We had a great team do a quick and clean job. David as the Crew chief was very helpful in explaining the work and offering helpful information on the space safety before the team returned for Day 2. We had a minor roof leak. I called Servpro because I thought they were a good company. I couldn’t have been more wrong. They never located the source of the leak but were quick to put over 100 nails in my 2 year old roof while installing a tarp. The tarp did nothing the very next time it rained we took on water. They ripped our dining room apart. The crew they sent forgot their chalk line so the cut was terrible the next day they came and forgot their ladder, while they were working the crew leader got a text from another crew he then shows me pictures of that crew going through another customers drawers and belongings he thought it was funny. After all this they sent me an invoice which I paid and then nothing for months. I finally called and they kept giving me the run around. I assume since they weren’t getting a big pay out from insurance they lost interest. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are so many good contractors out there who want to work and do quality work. I learned a hard lesson that cost me some money and a lot of time. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The problem was major water damage to an apartment I own and rent out. I really thought it was beyond repair. They assured me it would be as good as new. Eric was the person I worked with and he took complete charge of everything. They were on time, good workers and there were days the guys were here until after dark. I noticed Eric was here until 10 one night. He kept me informed as to what was going on in the apartment. There was extra things I asked him to do beyond the contracted work. It was done without hesitation. The apartment looks awesome. Before and after pictures below. Kitchen had to be totally redone.

It’s been 6 weeks waiting on a quote back for an actively leaking roof. They keep saying they need a few more days when initially I was told Id have a quote within 1 week. Horrible service.

Ben, Patrick, Mike, Osmar, & Colin were all GREAT to work with! Extremely professional, speedy service, & knowledgeable. They were very understanding when it came to the frustration of our situation. They helped ease our minds & assured us they would do everything possible to keep our repairs as cost effective as possible. We appreciate the great quality customer service.
