Jon and his crew were great. I had a roof leak that caused some significant water and mold damage. Jon was extremely responsive to phone calls and texts. All communications were transparent and I received very detailed reports and photos of everything that was done. They also made sure they were in communication with my insurance company and provided assistance wherever possible. I hope I never have to call Servpro again, but if I do, I know Servpro will do a thorough and professional job.

Justin, Chandler, and Adam could not have been more professional and attentive to details. with a water line breaking, I was highly anxious and dismayed and this team came in and immediately went into action. They took care of every detail to get the water out, save my stuff and restore my home. It took a week but they made sure we were fully taken care of and then did all the interface with insurance to support the claim. As individuals, they were kind, thoughtful and friendly. Even going above and beyond and cleaning out some clogged gutters. I couldn’t be happier with how the worked and interacted with us.

During blizzard a pipe and radiator burst in our home. Water leaked for days before we could get a local handyman to to cap the pipe. Insurance company came out and mentioned Servpro, Servpro came out a few days later and directly called our adjustor (not sure if this is legal or how they got each others numbers) and told the adjustor that there was no water in the carpets or the wall/ceiling. Servpro said they don’t do drywall, pipe restoration. The only thing they were there for was water mitigation. We asked if they would be coming out as there was general water mitigation from the weeks of water leaking and no one being able to fix the issue other than capping the pipe and Servpro said “yes” and that they would be out to us the next day. Guess what?! they never came back out and never called or notified us of any info. We reached out to Servpro multiple times with no response. We reported this to the insurance and apparently our insurance was able to get a hold of Servpro and magically we were placed on the schedule for later that month. Days later as the pipe was being fixed the buckets full of water were being removed and mold was found in the carpet on the interior parts of the wall/ ceiling and we needed action right away. We were getting sick in the home and my simple air purifier was not doing the job. Not only did we find a better more responsive company but they notified us that this could have been remedied right away if the water was sucked out of the carpet and machines placed in the room that ventilated properly. Be careful when working with these big companies that have questionable relationships with insurance. Not working with this company again. I have the names of the people I talked to. Protect your families and always get multiple opinions and estimates. The people to come out and fix the issue first should get the job.

The team Justin Kirby, Chandler, Adam and Patrick were outstanding. They were very polite and courteous. Showing respect to our family belongings. They even cleaned up water that dropped on the steps and floor when taking the flooring out of the house. They notified up and provided details of the visit and timing. It was a job well done and I still can’t believe how dry the basement is after they work. High fives! This team is the gold standard and could train others on how to do a job the right way! Thank you again!!
