I worked with this company and all I got for it was a $637 and zero resolution. I called them after we had a plumbing issue on our second floor. They were no big hurry to get me someone. I called Monday and they sent me Marvin on Tuesday.
Marvin ran his little moisture detector across our ceiling and second story bathroom floor, took some measurements, never gave me a quote for equipment (that's my bad for continuing this circus) but I did have two people drop off two dehumidifiers within an hour.
24 hours later (Wednesday) I am told that I will have a technician come out to check the progress of the dehumidifiers. This is pointless since nothing else had been done. They refused to open the ceiling because our home was built in 1977 and they wanted a lead and asbestos test despite us having this done in 2014 when this occurred previously. So of course everything was still saturated. At this point I asked for the dehumidifiers to be removed as they were disruptive to my father who I care for and his dementia.
The technician took the dehumidifiers and we then received an estimate with typos from Sam for five days of equipment and restoration. I about had a coronary.
I have now been dealing with regular phone calls from the accounting department. I have spent $3000 on my plumbing issue (some amazing techs from these companies) and still have my drywall to deal with. But Servpro wants their money. For what I'm still trying to figure out. So they gave me a choice, a $100 discount to pay now or 3 payments plus interest. Feels like a bad joke to me.
Tldr: don't call these guys in the drama of water where it doesn't belong. They will take advantage. Picture of my kitchen in case anyone thinks I'm making this nonsense up

SERVPRO has serviced many of our properties we manage in the Long Beach area.
