Office personnel was consistently unresponsive. There are 2 people running the office, and one seemed to be more responsive than the other. Regardless, I had a hard time just getting the job scheduled in the first place. If I had not relentlessly contacted them, my job would have taken even longer. I was dealing with them for over 2 weeks. Cleaning crew did not wear PPE - and that was for black mold removal. I was under the impression that I needed to have a professional do mold removal because it's dangerous. But they evidently weren't very concerned about that. So, basically I paid them $2,000 to do something I could have done myself, with the exception of the air scrubbers, which can be rented other places. And they left the scrubbers at my house for over a week after the job was completed - it got a bit annoying to work around them, and I wasn't very comfortable having expensive equipment like that sitting around my house that I needed to be sure didn't get damaged. They also caused some unnecessary damage in the removal process (see pictures). I understand that partial demolition can be complicated, but my bathroom was clearly toward the end of a remodel (I found the mold damage toward the end of the job), and had already been mostly updated. I would've appreciated if they had protected my updated walls and fixtures a bit better than that. All they had to do was simply score the caulk and protect my vanity from damage. Not difficult. I emailed the office personnel when I found the damages after they completed the job and left, and (not surprisingly) I did not receive a response at all. I don't recommend using this company.

Calvin showed up on schedule and VERY patiently walked through both sides of the duplex that had serious water damage. He answered all of my questions and even went out of his way to check for moisture that I was concerned about in several of my baseboards. He explained different levels of service that Servpro offers. He has also answered several questions for me over the phone to later discuss my options. He was extremely thorough and patient. I gratefully appreciated all of his help.
I talked with Summer today after she e-mailed me my quotes. She very patiently worked with me to revise my quotes to make a few changes in the scope of services to meet my needs and stay within budget. She also was very patient with me and extremely helpful. I was able to finalize the quotes with her today and your cleaning staff will get started on my duplex tomorrow.

We had Derek , Joe and the team come to our house to take back to the stud work and get rid of the mould after hurricane Ian. Was a very good price, they were very professional and kept us up to date every step of the way! And the whole process was over so quickly we can’t believe how hard working they all are it’s incredible they were ready to start at around 7.45 in the morning and worked till 5.30! We are so pleased with the job and will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you again (:

So far, I have had the best experience with the service that I'm receiving from the Servpro crew. Melanie and Joe introduced themselves as I answered the door. Obviously, I was embarrassed because of how the damage occurred, but none of that mattered. The professionalism and kindness exhibited was that of complete understanding and I could tell that the main and only concern was doing the job properly. Melanie & Joe have put my mind at ease, allowing me to continue to work from my home office with complete confidence and trust that the service being provided is done and done right. Melanie and Joe have exceptional customer service etiquette while maintaining the utmost professionalism, and are very easy to interact with.
