The dollar is more important than the customer! I had SERVPRO of Columbus come to my house to estimate water damage after I had another company (Serclean Inc.) do the initial assessment (dry out the area) and abatement. However, they do not do the restoration. They did not do a great job with the abatement, either. So, I called SERVPRO (Insurance Co. recommended). Now, my house is ripped apart from the abatement. So, my wife and I took the opportunity to purchase flooring (better) and other items (plumbing valves, receptacles, and GFIs) for the restoration. Ashley Moken and Romina Lang came to my house and took measurements of all the affected rooms (kitchen/den/ laundry/ utility: cabinet replacement, flooring, etc.). They were very polite and professional.
However, after the insurance company received and approved their estimate, Jonathan Westbrook (Project Manager) contacted me (Friday, via phone - He NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE to see ANYTHING) and started reviewing my estimate. I explained that I informed Ashley that the job would not return my house to its original condition. I had purchased items and started some work after Serclean told me they do not do the restoration. Jonathan FREAKED OUT and said he needed to talk to the owner, Brandon Carraway, about this because there would be warranty issues. I informed him that SERVPRO would only be a warranty for their work, not anyone else's work. Jonathan called back (Monday) and said the owner said to PASS on this job. I said, what? He said the owner said they do all or nothing from the estimate. It sounded to me that he did not trust his workers or was so greedy that he thought he was losing money from the estimate because I did work and purchased flooring. However, if he had done what Ashley said at my initial meeting and come to the house to discuss the changes (cost assessment), he would have found that SERVPRO would have made more... way more than the estimate. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone because they worry more about the dollar than their customers.

I called for an estimate, on a service they provide that another company said I needed done. (yes, I was price matching) After explaining the situation. Mrs. Casey spent time explaining in detail what I would look for and what would happen if or if not I had mold. Very professional and honest. She wasn't trying to just set me up an appointment if I did not need it. I appreciate the time and knowledge she shared and mostly her not taking advantage of me not knowing. I will always recommend Mrs. Casey at Servpro and will use them for any of there serves in the future. Just for her being a great human being and not just a salesperson. Thank you Mrs. Casey.....You are AWESOME!!!!!

After water damage from a frozen water pipe, SERVPRO immediately sent a team to clean, replace insulation and sheet rock and insure no mold was present in two rooms which had water damage. They then repainted both rooms so the rooms looked better than new! We especially thank Answer Sales and Melchor Guerrero for their dedication and hard work!! We also thank their supervisor David Alva, and construction project manager Jonathan Westbrook. We highly recommend these professionals!!!!!!!

Merry christmas 2022, Very Heavy Freeze. Diogenes was very responsive to inspect water damage and potential mold damage. Then David covered damaged roof panel. Jonathan evaluated the damage. Then wait for insurance to decide. After that Jonathan contacted me to setup repair time. David arrived same day with materials and work was GREAT!! Looks better than before damage Thanks So Much!!

If there was a way to leave jo stars on Google that would be appropriate. Untrained PMs, terrible management, and swindlers. The 3rd party individuals they use to restore or renovate are terrible and dont respect your home. They represent this company although they don't directly work for them. Install cameras in your home before any work begins should you decide to go with them and take tons of photos of the progress. Have a lawyer available and the money to use them. If I had the money, they'd have a lawsuit. My home was used as a storage for their tools and I could barely get inside my house. I had to live in my home while renovations took place. I ended up falling over piles of junk left under MY carport. The story is far too long for this review space but if you want photos check BBB.
