I love ServPro because you know you are working with a reputable company that has your best interest in mind. First impression was great as the service technician asked if I wanted him to take off his shoes before entering which I really appreciated because so many workers have dragged their dirty footprints through my apartment. They did more work than expected but are very thorough. I would definitely have them back to fix more damage and recommend them to my friends. The technicians that came over to do the work were really cool and easy to get along with that I was able to connect with as people on a human level. Thanks guys!

A pipe burst in our bathroom. We called of insurance agent who sent them out immediately. Servpro immediately brought out dehumidifiers and dryers to dry the damaged walls and floor. They had to tear out the walls and dry out all the water damage. Everyone who came out has been professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. I definitely recommend Servpro of Chula Vista to anyone needing assistance with water damage!

I recently had water damage due to the hurricane in my home & attempted but failed to dry the water myself. Servpro of Chula Vista performed water and mold tests which convinced me the work was essential. They came immediately and pulled out all the wet material, dried the whole area, and treated for mold & mildew with a fast-drying microbial solution. They did the work quickly and well and I was again using the room within the week. Thanks to the prompt, professional service, the outcome was outstanding and was good value for the cost.
