Constantin and his team were very helpful during the cleanup and reconstruction following a major leak in my kitchen. They were able to come out and start working next day after the plumbing fix the leak. Constantin was very personable, reliable, and explained everything clearing from how to fix the issue as well as pricing. His customer service, reliability, and efficiency are exceptional. You should absolutely give them a call! My house now looks great and really recommend Servpro of Central Garden Grove with Constantin doing a great job with their work. I will definitely use again if others issues arise. Exceptional service and communication. Thanks Constantin!

Did a great job cleaning up flood and asbestos removal. Remodeled entire house. (Constantine Balen has his own construction company so I only had to work with him). High quality, easy to work with,good communication. He's going to be repiping my house, which is pretty old and the pipes are leaking. Very happy I found him. Highly recommend.

Following water damage to our kitchen, ServPro of Central Garden Grove mediated and repaired the extensive damage along with remodeling the entire kitchen! We have nothing but praise for Constantin and Daniela’s professionalism, thoroughness, patience in dealing with our insurance company, helpfulness and friendliness… and of course the hard work and expertise in handling and overseeing of the entire job!! I had a water leak and black mold in a large closet. I called the insurance company and they recommended and scheduled this company to come out and fix the problem. They were supposed to fix the black mold and dry out the water problem. The company showed up, cut out some drywall, carpet and base moulding. They then turned on fans and a humidifier and left it for 4 days. They came and picked up the fans and left. I asked them about the black mold. I was told that in his 6-years of experience, it did not look like black mold to him. I asked him if he was kidding and he said no and then asked me to sign a completion order. I refused and immediately called a second company to come out. The second company sealed the area with black mold, and due to the fact that it was not dry yet, had to dry it out some more. They are then going to remove and treat the wood. All this while being sealed in a closed area. ServPro of Central Garden Grove did not fix our black mold problem, they did not dry out the water completely and they did not seal off the black mold area while they were removing drywall and flooring. To be honest I don't think they really knew what they were doing. Fortunately the second company I hired appears to know what they are doing. Below are photo's of how this company left out house.
