I've known the Marketing Manager at this office for many years. When one of my friends had a flood at her home I immediately told her to call them. They went out to inspect the damage the very same day. Their entire team was extremely professional, communicated every step of the restoration process, and always on time. They turned an unfortunate situation into a very good experience. I would absolutely use them if you ever need flood restoration/cleanup, fire damage cleanup/repair or mold cleaning.

A few months ago, I noticed mold in my bathroom. I contacted SERVPRO of Azusa/Covina and they told me exactly how to remedy the issue. I’m not familiar with emergency restoration so I was very grateful they took the time to carefully explain every step of the process. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile. Last year, I met Vanessa when I was in Southern California. I had some emergency remediation questions regarding water damage, and she was so helpful to answer them for me.
