We manage a condominium that had a leak on the top floor that affected several units. They arrived quickly and jumped on it. Jansen, Heather, Dave and Robbie were so professional and pleasant to work with. Their daily communication and responsiveness to questions helped us through the worst of it. We'd highly recommend them for any restoration project.

We've been in business since 1993, and while many remediation companies come and go - ServPro has been consistent and our top choice of remediation work. When we work with Dave Chance and ServPro, we know that the job will be done professionally, quickly, and at a reasonable price. Not only does ServPro work well with our business, they also know how to work with with our residents that rent with us. Also, ServPro is wonderful when dealing with an insurance claim. They know how to properly document all damage for an insurance claim, and know how to work with insurance companies. We couldn't recommend ServPro and Dave Chance more. Thank you!

We have used Dave at ServPro in Athens for nearly 6 years. He’s always super helpful, professional, and responsive anytime we have a situation that requires his help. I honestly don’t know what we would do if we didn’t have him to help us through some of the situations that just come up in property management. I can’t say enough good things about him and the service he provides.
