    The quote that was given was 3x more than 5 others. The work that they said was needed was unnecessary and was only to beef up the quote. It felt very unprofessional and looking more to overcharge rather than to remedy the situation. The knowledge of mold and water damage seem to be lacking. I recommend having a few other contractors come look at your job before you consider Servpro

    Had some water damage in my apartment bathroom due to plumbing issues in an upstairs unit. Servpro came to the site, first for water damage remediation, then for reconstruction. It was a constant struggle to get in touch with the project managers and to schedule the work. By the time the final touches on the project were complete, it had been more than 10 months since the initiation of the project. Since they refused to start work without receiving payment in advance, they were in no hurry to respond to any of my repeated inquiries about scheduling. The work was obviously shoddy and full of shortcuts, even to a relatively untrained eye like mine. The reconstruction crew damaged, misplaced, and discarded several bathroom parts, and when John, the reconstruction project manager, couldn’t easily find replacements, he got angry with me for expecting the bathroom to be restored to its original condition. Apparently “restoration” isn’t so much a job description as just a general vibe. I’ve ended up redoing or repairing a large part of the work that was done by the crews. If I hadn’t, I’d be experiencing worse water damage than what I had when the project started. Perhaps other crews at this location are more professional, but I’d find that hard to believe given my experience.

    Service was fast and professional. Onsite within 24 hours of contacting them. The crews that came to assess water damage worked quickly and identified all areas of our home that were wet and set up fans to dry as much as possible. Some areas were unknown to us and had yet to reveal any damage. The initial drying process that they provided helped limit the amount of damage. Moving into demolition and mold removal was jarring as you see how badly damaged your home is, however, both onsite employees and office staff have been so helpful thru this stressful event. Definitely sticking with this company through the next phase of rebuilding because of their customer service and expertise.

    Servpro did numerous commerce and apartments buildings. Did spectacular work. I've manager properties for 30 years plus and I am happy to have worked with this servpro. They make my job very easy. They communicate well, always on time and the work never disappoints. This office is well organized and know what they are doing. We have a few emergencies and they are the quickest to respond. They have done us a solid. Hoping we won't need them but it's comforting to know they can help.

    SERVPRO thank you for all your good job. The work that they did on my kitchen & bathroom is Spectacular. They put me back whole. Love it. Summer I will have them do my deck.
