I worked with Servpro on the replacement of a water-damaged ceiling. They handled the project end-to-end: old ceiling removal, drying, drywall installation, painting, and electrical work. John managed the project exceptionally well and showed real care for my house and preferences. At one point he even repainted the room for free because the color didn't match our preferences. His crew was professional and courteous. I can't speak highly enough of the quality work they delivered. In an industry full of hacks and rip-offs, I finally found a team I can trust. Highly recommended!
Work went well, no problems with that. However, the follow up in getting an invoice to my insurance adjuster has not happened after 2 months. Numerous calls have still resulted in nothing happening. The franchise should understand that there is more to the service than taking one's money and cleaning a disastrous emergency up. This review is just a warning that if you are hoping your insurance will help with a clean up, this Serve-Pro franchise of Allston, Brighton and Brookline will not be of help.
We had a mold issue. We had Servpro and several other companies give us a quote. We were impressed with Servpro's quick response. They were very thorough and offered suggestions and recommendations. We hired them. The day they were to arrive, I received advance notice of their arrival. The three employees were the best. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made this overwhelming issue bearable. The level of service was incredible. They will be returning in a few days to collect their equipment and clean up. I would highly recommend this company. Abel, Trey, and Alfredo also are highly recommended.
Abel zitu and victor did a TREMENDOUS job helping us out. They were personable and thorough and worked to explain everything that was happening to us. We had a great experience working with them and really recommend this crew. Our basement was flooded and they took extra care to make sure all our worries were handled

I called Servpro for help, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing team that came out to handle the cleanup. Eduardo, Narciso, Walter, and Alfredo were professional, efficient, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. They worked quickly to remove the water and thoroughly dry out my kitchen to prevent any further damage. They explained every step clearly, answered all my questions, and made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I really appreciated their hard work and attention to detail.
