I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the service we received from Pablo from ServiceMaster. He is informative, he is knowledgeable, he is dependable, hardworking, works quickly, and while doing all these things, he is calming and pleasant. He made a week-long mitigation job at my elderly mother's house not seem like a nightmare to the point we looked forward to seeing him! He explained every little step he did, and did it with a smile after crawling under a house in 100 degree heat. He is a gem and ServiceMaster is incredibly fortunate to have this man as a representative for their company.

If I could give 10 stars to ServiceMaster Restoration, I would! I had Pablo come out to give me a second opinion on some problems with my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most important to me, honest! He walked me through everything I needed to know, thoroughly showed me the issues, and answered every single one of my many questions. I am beyond happy with my experience!
