I am going to leave my original review, because that was the truth then. I don't know what has happened in this company since I used them again a year ago and today, but something has. Poor communication, lack of follow through, and an inflated invoice (5 days of fans cost almost the same as tiling my guest bathroom and installing the new fixtures!). I thought I had a contractor that I could use to do other work I want completed at my house, but I will be taking my business somewhere else. Unfortunately, I had some water damage in August 2021 that required removal of damaged ceiling and walls. After much frustration trying to find a contractor that would return my call, or provide an estimate as requested, or be willing to schedule what was likely a “small job” when they have so many better opportunities to make money, I am so grateful I found ServiceMaster Restoration. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and treated my job as a priority even though it certainly wasn’t the most important contract they could have. They answered all of my questions, helped navigate exchanges with my insurance company, were flexible and willing to do extras, and most importantly did amazing work restoring my home. I will be contacting them for future contracts knowing that I can count on them to do the job well and be reliable and honest in the process. Thank you!

Fransisco was a very communicative project manager and helped with the cleanup and repair of some water damage in our home. He always responded quickly, answered our questions and made sure all concerns were addressed. Our home was left clean and repaired- looks great!

We would like to thank Juan and his team for everything they did. They were very professional, caring and on time, they did an excellent job putting our home back together after suffering water damage. Juan and his team worked with our insurance company and kept us informed of everything all the time. Juan the project manager and his team always had a CAN DO attitude and VERY CARING to the customer needs providing EXCELLENT customer service at all times no matter what came up while restoring our home. Juan and his team worked very hard to make sure our claim needs were met and I would highly recommend Juan and his team at Service Master Restoration by Cadiente to anyone including any insurance companies looking for a very knowledgeable and professional company that's on time to fix your home. Francisco was our project manager. He did a fantastic job making sure our kitchen rebuild was done on time. He also made sure our kitchen looked exactly like it was before the leak. The kitchen looks great and we are so glad we choose ServiceMaster to demo and rebuild our kitchen after a dishwasher leak. I would highly recommend them.

Highly impressed with their service and I appreciate the project manager getting the right person for the job. Outstanding job done by Tom the Carpenter and plumber. Sales group took care of all required information needed by insurance very quickly. I highly recommend this group.
