I would highly recommend using this company. They worked flawlessly with our insurance. Patrick was the best and went above and beyond for us. I always felt he had our best interest in mind and he was easy to contact. Everyone who showed up was timely and professional. I was so worried when this happened and service master took care of everything! We used them for the remodel as well and we couldn't be more pleased with the final product. They use great products! My complex had a plumbing flood and this company packed my stuff and moved it away. Now they are holding my stuff hostage for “3-6 weeks” until the corporation that owns the building pays their invoice - or better yet (for them) I pay them directly and wait to be reimbursed for a service I did not request. Recommend using a service who doesn’t have a company policy like this.
