Really wanted to give Dana and Antonio a special thank you for coming out so late to work on my house.
Our hot water heater had busted from the 3rd floor attic and ran through my 2 story house.
I was in full blown panic mode while my husband was at the hospital getting checked for his burns. It was late in the evening when they got there but they came in and immediately got to work.
I will warn you this is a process that takes a few days.

From the the leadership to the project managers to the on-site team, everyone exhibited top notch professionalism. My wife and I both work from home which makes getting work done very challenging. The ServiceMaster team was incredibly accommodating and flexible. While in our house, they we not the least bit invasive and always left their workspace as good or better than they found it. I would recommend the ServiceMaster team to anyone in need of the services they provide.

My dog had an accident and I tried cleaning it up myself with no luck. I called service master for help and they sent Paul to me. He did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet! Would highly recommend them.

ServiceMaster provided the estimate for our water damage and advocated for as much of the repair to be covered by the insurance company (which was very difficult to deal with) as possible. Special thanks to Harrison Walker for his help. Once the insurance company compromised and agreed to pay for an acceptable level of repair, ServiceMaster also performed the repairs to our drywall, including replacing moulding, removing old wallpaper, and painting. The drywall and molding look great. The paint job was satisfactory, but we did need to call them back several times to touch up the paint in places and clean up overspray on the brand new hard wood floors, and paint spilled on the driveway. However, they did come back and resolve all the issues to our satisfaction, even if cleaning up the paint spilled on the driveway took a few months for them to get to.

Project Manager, Travis Tom was horrible. He wouldn’t return calls to me, my insurance company, the a/c company or my HOA. Told company, I didn’t want him any longer. This lasted four months before I had enough of him. I have now taken the job by myself. I have called the a/c company and now have the a/c installed. Have called another company and have a match for the sidings of the house and will have it installed in three weeks. I did all of this myself and my insurance company is please what I have done. Again, I repeat Service Master did absolutely nothing on this project and have no good excuses for such a long time to do nothing. Sidings were easy to locate.
