I experienced a water damage in my new home due to the builder not installing my door correctly. The crew at ServiceMaster of Baltimore were knowledgeable, professional and honest with me as to what was going on and how long it would take to get my home dry. They made a very stressful situation easy for me by dealing directly with my insurance company and providing me all the documentation for my builder. They are the best in the business! Will definitely call them again if I need these types of services!
The Company was very fast and professional for fire clean up. Fire clean up gets 5 stars. But the REPAIR / CONSTRUCTION division gets a "0" Stars. Waited 3 weeks after clean up / demo was done and still never received and estimate for repairs. When I contacted the company they seemed only interested in telling me they will do the job. But not in given me the price of the repairs. Which I needed for the insurance. I explained that I was going with the company that has the best price and Reputation. Luckily I worked it out with the insurance. To this day I still don't have a estimate from them. Needles to say don't need them anymore. Great for Fire Demo / Cleanup . Terrible Construction division.
To begin with, Cassie was so kind and helpful in setting up my appointment to have my carpets steamed cleaned without chemicals. (I didn't want my cats exposed to them.) The two people, Elden and Yesenia, who came out were efficient, friendly, and they worked very hard. Please thank them for me. I enjoyed trying to say a few words in Spanish to them, but their English was great so they put up with me. I would certainly recommend your company. Lynn Wilkinson
They came on a same day call, which was good. Unfortunately, my elderly mother who did not understand the process, signed off on the paperwork. The workers were rude and they claimed they did stuff that was not done. When my mother disputed, they immediately sent to collections and ignored calls from my brother who was trying to clear up the issues. If you use them please be sure to read paperwork carefully and make sure all work claims were actually completed.
