We had ServiceMaster replace the tile work around our fireplace. I had purchased the tile myself but needed someone to take out the old and install the new. Alex did the work and not only was he meticulous about making sure it looked right, he also made sure we were happy with how we wanted the pattern to look, suggested a metal strip to make it look more finished around the edges, and had ideas and suggestions about how the tile would look best. He showed up when he said he would, was timely in communicating throughout the project and was very professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. In addition to all of that, we had a small leak in one of our bathrooms we had him take a look at. He helped us get in touch with a roofing company quickly and they’ve already been out and are scheduled to repair our roof soon, Alex will follow up to determine if any additional repairs are needed. It’s so hard to find businesses these days with follow through and commitment to excellence in their work. If I could give more stars I would. Very happy with the work they did and will be happy to refer any chance I get. Before photo on the left, no rug showing.
Service master is great. They came right away. They started the mitigation and it only took a few days to dry things out. Brandon was very professional and always kept me abreast of what was going on. I would definitely call on them again.

They worked efficiently to remove the water, set up the proper drying equipment, and made sure everything was handled correctly to prevent future issues like mold. What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier because of their knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone needing water cleanup or restoration services. I can’t recommend this team enough. Dealing with a pipe leak in a crawl space is never fun, but they made the remediation process seamless. They were incredibly professional and ensured we were kept in the loop on their progress daily. It’s rare to find such reliable service—thank you for the peace of mind!
Brandon and his team were amazing. Would give 6 stars if I could. Super professional and courteous throughout the process. I’d change plans/times frequently and they were always super accommodating. They went above and beyond with the work they did!
