This company is currently at the rental property I live in. They did not announce they were here nor the work they were going to do. They set up ladders and proceeded to climb on the roof.
When asked, Miguel- their crew leader, was incredibly rude. He offered to allow me to speak to his boss and then walked away.
While Miguel walked away, he proceeded to speak to his coworkers Efrain and Jose. All of them were saying profanities and very inconsiderate phrases regarding me in Spanish. The unfortunate fact of being able to understand everything they say.
Overall, if you want to be respected or to have crews announce when they arrive… any common sense good business tactics… don’t use this company.
I’ll update when they’re done as there are multiple branches thrown around the house and I’m doubting any of it is cleaned up.

Our building experienced a plumbing backup, which resulted in hazardous chemical waste flowing through the bathtubs, toilets, and ceiling. ServiceMasters remained unprofessional throughout the entire experience; this included a lack of communication for missed appointments and hazardous uniforms that remained onsite and posed a direct health hazard to the occupants residing within the home. The accounts payable department contacted me via email. The attachments included two invoices, mine and another customer displaying personal details; however, my invoice was paid a month prior, and I provided the payment details. I would also like to state that the name the representative used to address me has negative connotations, and I feel it was intentional. I recommend any other restoration company in the area.
This home includes an immunocompromised child. Due to health and safety concerns, I called another company.

Company does not return my calls and had not return my Quarts Stone that they removed from my kitchens water damage. Travelers home insurance said they are responsible for loss.
