    We had water damage while out of town. Insurance had ServiceMaster contact us for repairs. They kept in contact with us daily, told us what type of work would be done that day and even sent us pictures! They were very professional and trustworthy.

    Waste of my money. They was referred for my outside mole issue. Once i paid them for the report, No more response from them. I will never use them ever.

    Water leak from upstairs to downstairs. Insurance says it should cost about this and they use Service Master. Servicemaster took days to come out- but expected- do demolition. But no mold control. Then they say it costs more than the insurance paid them and we owe them $2,000. Still have mold in closet and one other location. They refuse to finish the job and are hounding for the overcharge. I JUST found that they damaged the plumbing when they were demolishing. Plumber confirmed it was them Do NOT recommend!!! They do not finish job They overcharge for the work they do and say you have to pay cause insurance won’t They break more than they fix and refuse to acknowledge they broke the pipe

    I worked here back in May of 2019. I liked the honest work I performed while here and work was actually fun. Anyone who thinks of working here, watch out for the checks because they bounce and then it's a whole new process for a new check and the overdraft fee. I had a hard time finding someone who accepted my check. Made life more difficult having to worry about a paycheck that has no value. I don't know how this place is still open with no money for employees but kudos to the owner I guess. Cool staff, just poor financial management. Dave Melin was the owner then, I don't know about now but he needs to manage his business better and actually care for his field employees. Stop making them worry if their paycheck is bouncing. You probably pay yourself first with no worries in the world. So if an employee from Service Master is "unprofessional" to a customer, it's probably because they're working hard without pay thanks to a bounced check.

    Slab leak caused major damage to our bathroom and one bedroom. Edwin was able to come to our home within hours to assess the damage. He scheduled a demolition crew to cleanup the areas that were damage. Fans were left behind to further assist the drying process. Arthur Charles followed up on the drying process for the next couple of days. He was very polite and attentive. Thank you Arthur.
