Horrible failure of a interview. Myself and my daughter was due to have a 3:00 interview with Dawn June 13. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told by a very pleasant lady that Dawn was on the phone and would be with us shortly. We started to fill out paperwork at a table which was directly next to the interviewers office.
I could hear she was in what she thought was a deep conversation with one of her supervisors about coverage. She continually went over and over the same thing. Just ridiculing this poor man.
This conversation went on loudly for a total of 20 past 3:00. The lady at the front desk kept apologizing and even tried to intervene in her conversation and asked what she needed her to do. She quickly told her she would be out while she continued her conversation. We sat for another few minutes and after we heard her get off the phone and began another phone call I had had enough! I currently have a full-time job and was looking to pick up some extra change. So walking out was no skin off my back. I just feel bad for anyone who works for these people because they obviously don't appreciate any employees or people in general. I would stay clear of this place.

Just a warning that when you're in need of help, ServiceMaster will leverage that to the max for a buck. Our entire retail store of over 5500 square feet flooded due to a broken water main. ServiceMaster was prompt on the scene, but once they were there, what was communicated was not what was done.
They were reckless in repairs creating more damage than the original source which of course ran up the bill on the expenses to repair. Tore up drywall when it wasn't needed, attempted to steal some items from the store, and DID steal other items when left unattended. Removed carpet that could have been dried out and reused.
Took all of our rugs to clean and then the nicest one we had is now mysteriously missing and nobody knows what happened to it.
I'd find other options if you're in a jam. ServiceMaster takes advantage of the situation.

Not a good business to work for. They yell at you constantly and body shame employees

If I don't get my supplies then I can't work. Quit my last job for this very exact same reason. Asked 2 weeks ago for supplies and still haven't got them. Ugh

I cannot call the office on 6th street. Every time I call it states that I have to use the area code. Which with at least my cell phone is to dial the area code. But I cannot get through. There's a issue with the phone line
