Found a leak, and then ServiceMaster showed up… Unbelievable customer service and response time, the team started off with Adam, and ended up with the guys that took care of everything, Bill, Camden, and Jim. Bill The Project Manager was so organized and thorough with how he lead his team of guys, we were very impressed. He put our minds at ease that everything was going to be OK while they did their thing! I was not a happy camper and by the time they left, I was actually feeling quite confident in what they had done and what I needed to do now. Thank you guys and thank you ServiceMaster for such a great job well done. You da best!!!!

We had a major leak from the bathroom that caused damage around the stairs, closet, walls and flooring In 3 rooms other than the bathroom. I called and spoke to Brian the General Manager and told him our issues. Brian was at our house within 45 minutes to inspect everything on a Friday afternoon. He sent me a quote early Monday morning and they started and completed everything the next day on Tuesday. His crew even stayed later in the day to get everything done and start the drying process. The crew was a pleasure to have doing the work and kept us informed the whole time they were completing the work. Brian came out a few times to make sure everything was drying appropriately. They completed the work as planned, at a very fair price And most importantly I felt like I could TRUST Brian and his entire crew which is sometimes hard to find in the construction field. They have earned a customer for life if I ever need their services again and will be the company I refer to my friends and family. Thank You again for everything you did for us, Will

Damir, Bill, and this superb team of gentlemen have been my lifeline and saviors this week of a chimney leak and flooding. Highly recommended by my homeowners insurance because of the glowing reports they've had from other homeowners, these lovely guys did not disappoint. They really know their business, and they are efficient, responsive, very respectful of my home, and very smart. But beyond that, these men treated me like I was family. They worked with me on price, explained everything very clearly, always answered the phone, and even (gasp!) "handled" a black widow spider we found hiding in a grandfather clock! I feel so lucky that in what has been a really stressful time, I drew the lucky card and had this company at my back. When I called my insurance agent to tell him how grateful I am, he said he's heard the same reports, over and over. (Well, maybe not the spider... That was my special moment...) That's why my agent recommends them to everyone, and now, so do I.

We were very fortunate to have found ServiceMaster Restoration by Elite... having one of our bathroom sinks overflowed for the second time was a nightmare happening all over again. Within an hour of calling, the whole team led by Damir and Bill showed up to our house and proceeded to assess the damages... they also started setting up equipment to save our bathroom flooring and ceiling from further damages. These guys were professionals... Patrick, Camden and Jim were very respectful and considerate of our property... Damir and Bill were very quick to respond to my queries and returned calls promptly. We cannot thank these guys enough! Don't go looking anywhere else... call ServiceMaster Restoration by Elite right away!👍Highly Recommended👍
