We had a water leak in the attic. They sent a team of kids with no care or consideration for our home. Had to hound the supervisor for communication on what was happening in our home. They created more damage then what was previously there. They left our home a disaster. And ruined all the paint upstairs even in areas that were not affected. They ruined our furniture and touched our personal belongings. Now our insurance has to pay to essentially repaint our entire second floor and replace all our carpet because of how they cut into the center of our stairs and ripped out a patch of padding. By for the worst company we have ever felt with. They took down our ceiling and left insulation everywhere. Never sent a report of what was completed. What should have been 5k in damage turned into 30k because now we have to replace our ceiling,lights, a wall in the owners suite, carpet and repaint our whole upstairs. Not to mention the damaged furniture.

Horrible company make sure when you receive your bill look over it. They said they had to use so many boxes but instead I counted less than 50 but seen they put 95 LG boxes and about 80 small boxes. Mind you the rooms were half empty. Tried reaching out but got nothing will be. They are crooks. I looked this company up looks like I'm not the 1st and found out the owner David is ok with this going on. Will report to the BBB and I hope they do an investigation.

They might work quickly but they’re very messy. They left asbestos all over our house and nails in our drive way.

If you want good service pay a licensed proffesional contractor. Kids with no experience doing demos will cost you more money in the long run. Please do not get caught up in the insurance scam

An inspection was ordered by my insurance company for a leaking shower pan. The good news is that ServiceMaster's employees were punctual, professional and courteous. The insurance company paid them via wire transfer, but ServiceMaster lost the payment so they kept sending me bills instead and so far I have received 3 because of their incompetency. ServiceMaster's employees are great, but the corporate office is ran by idiots and incompetence.
