From the moment they got there, they were professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They handled the demolition and water cleanup quickly and thoroughly, making a stressful
situation so much easier to manage. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish.
I truly appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone dealing with water damage or an emergency situation—you can count on them to show up and get the job done right.

Sam, Marcus and Raul did a fabulous job with my flood restoration . They were friendly, attentive, and efficient. They explained everything and kept me calm during my hardship. I highly recommend Service Master.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Completely unprofessional! No communication between the office and their employees! Wiped my walls, ceilings and floors with dirty rags and mops! Didn’t clean half of what they were supposed to! Claim there isn’t a smoke smell in our house when there still is!!! How can two people wipe all the walls, ceilings and floors in less than 5 hours with a four bedroom two and a half bath home? That’s right… you can’t!!! Only used these people because that is who our insurance hired. DONT PAY FOR THESE SERVICES!

ServiceMaster failed to properly address water damage in my home. Moisture readings showed severe saturation, clearly indicating that materials had been exposed for too long to be salvaged—but they still refused to complete flood cuts or remove water-damaged tile and subflooring. Two independent mitigation professionals confirmed their work was incomplete and not up to industry standards. It was clear they were more focused on saving money for the insurance company than doing what was right for the homeowner. I do not recommend their services.
