The company’s agent answered respectfully and quickly set up my appointment. I got a phone call confirming my service and who they sent.
Garret listened and used his machine to clear the line for my kitchen sink to finally drain well. Really great people and will definitely do business with Roto-Rooter’s again!

I just want to share my praise for Joe, the technician that Customer Service sent to address the plumbing issues that I had in my kitchen. Not only is he great at his trade, but his passion and love for his work shows through everything he does. My “simple” job of replacing a kitchen faucet and the supply valves became more complex when he discovered a small hole in the copper pipe that the valve screws into. He addressed the issue without increasing the estimate and finished the job that required more time than anticipated. He is very diligent, honest and committed to providing the best service. He is experienced, efficient, courteous and neat. I love that he loves what he does. He has been with Roto Rooter for over 20 years. Thank you, Joe, for a job well done.

I called rotor rooter and they were courteous and sent me somebody within two hours. Eddie Cordes gave me prices for my options to fix my disposal. We went with us jamming it and it sounds great now. I won’t hesitate to call these guys. They’re good.👏👏👏

What's not to like? Starting with their efficient online appointment maker one night, I was able to get a crew out the following morning. They were friendly, capable, and upfront about costs and possible complications. They helped me last year, and I didn't even bother looking elsewhere when I needed a fix again just now!
