Great service, needed an installation of kitchen sink faucet and they were in my home in less than an hour with an hour of labor. Their employee explained everything step by step. They are a bit on the pricey side but I believe they're worth it.

Roto-Rooter answered and set up an appointment the same day to ensure the water stopped running in the house. They spent the next 2 days assuring me that they would take care of everything. They were very careful with my personal items and did an amazing job with fixing the leak and getting the house dried out. They came back to the house daily until everything was dry and they treated the house to ensure I did not get mold in the house. I am grateful for the work they did in the house. They are a little pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for, and I paid for peace of mind. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service.

Roto-rooter has been amazing to work with. I was having plumbing issues (pipe leaks) last month 2x and they always had available staff(plumbers, techs) that were able to get sent to my house promptly and repair it on the same day. I was very anxious going into this but Miguel was very calming and on top of it. Prior to them I had 2 other plumbers take a look and was just getting bounced around for the issue. Thank you for everything!! Ask for Miguel & Ray, awesome staff!

My water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon, water everywhere. Roto-Rooter showed up that same day, stopped the water, put up fans, and had the water heater replaced by the next day. Richey, Miguel & Moises were all very helpful. Moises did a great job ripping up all of the carpet, checking on the drying process with the fans, and making the process as easy as possible.
