Scot did an excellent job fixing my badly clogged toilet. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and had everything working perfectly again in no time. He was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after the work was done. The toilet is flushing like new now. Highly recommend Scot if you need a reliable and honest plumber!

I live in Seattle if you’ve been watching the news, it’s been raining and flooding for the past week. The wife wants an updated bathroom so we’re remodeling the bathroom upstairs, so everyone has to use the basement toilet. Last week there was a problem with the toilet that I thought was caused by blockage. Used the plunger, fixed the problem. Two nights ago the problem was back. Took out the 3 foot auger, no change. Pulled the toilet saw standing water in the drain, decided my abilities stopped there. Time to call a plumber. Should we head there? You need to go somewhere else 12 o’clock It’s 630 at night. I have a toilet that’s not performing., The only toilet in the house. I called three plumbers Southwest, O’Neill and Roto-rooter. Southwest was all computerized. It makes you give all your information leave a phone number and they’ll call you back an unknown time. I asked to talk to a real person and was unable to get that done. O’Neill‘s had a real person to talk to. They had no plumbers available at the time and would call us back when somebody was available. Roto-Rooter had a real person said they could have a technician out in two hours or less. In less than two hours, Eli showed up. I explained the problem to him and he went right to work put his long auger down and found out there were roots that were causing the slow drain. He was unable to see exactly what was going on so he called for a video technician. The technician was coming from Shelton, which for anyone who lives out here knows that’s far from Seattle. When he arrived, he explained how bad the traffic was because of accidents and standing water, he got here showed us where the root ball was. The drain was cleared. It was pouring rain, the middle of the night and they performed to my satisfaction. The price was 600 and something dollars but to have a working toilet and I could take my morning bowel movement that was worth it. To me the job got done. The technicians were great and the toilet works and they were the only ones available at the time. I did get a call from southwest plumbing at 8:30 the next morning.

Had an emergency and Roto Rooter did not hesitate gave me a 2 hr window and was there under an hour. The gentleman explained the issue and executed the job and he was very polite. Definitely recommend

Our 13 year old gas hot water heater went out over this past weekend and Roto-Rooter was able to get an appointment for us early on Monday to have someone look at it right away. Sam Leonte gave us a detailed bid and we schedule the work to be completed on Tuesday. Sam showed up on time for the scheduled appointment and had great communication with us throughout the replacement process. We’re very happy to have a new and more efficient water heater, and even have new shutoffs on the hot and cold lines! Thanks for all the great work Sam!

Jerromy Fernandes, is exceptional in his service, leadership, in educating us on what he was about to do, why, and what he found every step of the way, all the while communicating with all those he and we needed throughout the process.
