Jim and his trainee were professional and got the job done quickly. They were able to help the next morning after our late call in the day before. All our questions were answered and the problem was explained throughly. I appreciated the heads up that some loud equipment would be used since kids/animals may be sensitive to the sound. Our house was treated respectfully and they cleaned up after the work was done.
The response to my appointment was very timely and Kay kept me informed when my plumber was coming and even when He was going to be delayed, also informed me His name Nick, Once Nick came was very courteous about keeping our floors dry even with snow outside. Was very knowledgeable about what the problem could be once he took a very informative look around outside and inside, let us know what steps needed to be taken, let's us know how much it would cost and options to pay,kept us informed all the steps and how long it would take , was very persistent to finish the job even though it was later in the evening. We had a plumbing situation arise on a Saturday, the online scheduling tool was perfect and very easy to arrange service for Monday Morning. The service tech/plumber was very professional, thorough, helpful and provided a lot of information.
I have to say I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. We were in the midst of a deep freeze and we had several frozen pipes. I called them on Sunday afternoon and they were able to give me an appointment for the next day between 12-4. I get a call at 11:30 that day saying they were running behind and I said no big deal it’s cold out and I knew they were busy. They told me wait by the phone and stay at home. I waited and never heard back. They just never showed. So Tuesday comes and I assume I’m set for a morning appointment since they didn’t get to me Monday. 10:30 am hits and I call because I had not hear. They said “you’re on the list” so I waited all day again and nobody showed. Wednesday came and they called but I unfortunately missed the call because I was catching up on work. I eventually got back to them in the afternoon and was told I was no longer on the list because I missed their call. I told them I waited for 2.5 days and answered every call and they never showed. I get it was a crazy week for them with the cold but they could have been up front about it. Had they just said they wouldn’t be able to help out due to too much of a backlog I would have been cool with it. But making me wait around for 3 days to never shower and never follow up with me after I missed their call is pretty rough. Still need the work done but going to call A.B. May to come out because they at least treat their customers better.
Horrible company. They sent out a “plumber” to fix a clog in my kitchen sink. He used the snake and after a few minutes he tells me that he pulled out mud, which means that I have a broken pipe under the house. He didn’t fix anything and still charged me. The next day I had a real plumber come out and he used the snake and fixed the clog. He said that it was just our dishwasher pods that were clogging up the pipe and were covered with grease that made it look like mud. He charged me less than Roto-Rooter to actually fix the issue. Never again will I use or tell anyone to use Roto-Rooter.
