Jesse our technician, was an outstanding expert on not only the problem but our entire septic system. Is diagnosis of the problem was spot on. He trained us how to do some self repair. He was extremely thorough and followed the dictates of the guarantee perfectly.
I just scheduled two quoting appointments for my plumbing issue so I could have some basic price comparison. The Roto-Rooter technician came to my door and asked me how many companies I had contacted, I felt strange about the question but still told him, then he made a comment saying he couldn't serve the quote estimate due to the other company also arrived(both just gave a few hours service window which I have no way to control), then he left. There was an electrician service team working on a light issue at the house overhearing the conversation, they later made a comment that he appeared very rude and unprofessional, what is wrong with getting a quote before making a decision for the repair? I totally agree. What an arrogant service team the company has, I have used countless services in my life and this is the first time a service man told me he couldn't serve the quote appointment due to there is a second quote coming. Amazingly poor service and arrogant attitude! Attitude is very important, without a right attitude, the guy probably won't conduct a good repair work either.
Great experience! Fast response to a leaky sink. Blake was very professional and courteous. He was thorough and explained options for repair. Highly recommend!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Short Story: Two technicians tried to up sell me on a $1000 faucet replacement. 560 for labor and 400 for sink (before tax). I fixed the problem myself for free after technician told me that faucet spray hoses aren't sold separately. Also charge $110 just for a diagnostic. Long story: I noticed leaking from my kitchen sink spray hose. Figured the spray nose needed repair or tightened and it was an easy fix they could figure out. First person they send (after being 2.5 hours late) tells me without even seeing it, "you should just replace the entire faucet. " He takes a look at it and says I don't have experience with this model faucet. I had to wait another day for them to send a "more experienced" second technician, Fernando, who quoted me $560 just for labor, but I could save $400 by buying my own replacement faucet. He told me straight that there was no way to fix the faucet hose without disconnecting all the hoses and installing a new faucet. Well Kohler sells the spray hose for 10 dollars, they sent it to me for free. I have zero experience with plumbing and I fixed it in 2 hours after watching a few YouTube videos. That means they were willing to charge me 560 dollars for what would have taken them 30 min. Red flags all around. Below is the quoted price and the spray hose that I replaced myself.
Jesse was the best. He ensured my home’s cleanliness, was very up front about pricing, ensured he informed me of different steps he was taking all the way to completion. He was a complete professional and I would recommend his services to all of my friends.
