So this is the second time I’ve used Roto-Rooter. Called them out for a back up In our our drain out pipe. These guys were super fast. Got scheduled and a tech showed up within the hour. My tech Jonathan was prompt and professional. Fixed everything with no trouble. I recommend this company to anyone! I appreciate the help and will definitely use them in the future!
Deb in scheduling was awesome! She was fast, funny, and empathic. She rocked but she set the bar too high. The tech was young and not trained in customer service. First, he wanted to drill into a wall that was easier for him. Next, he spoke like he hated the world and didn't really want a job but his parents made him take it. He explained that he'd leave a mess and wouldn't clean up or put anything back, ending the sentence with "that's not my responsibility." Was treated like an inconvenience/interruption. I'll take my money elsewhere. Thanks. Definitely did *not* send my troubles down the drain like the jingle says.
Mario was amazing and helped me with my bathroom sink. He came during an emergency call and explained everything in detail. I completely recommend Roto Rooter. Very professional service.
Mario Marroquin was helpful and ensured my plumbing issues were resolved before he left. My kitchen sink and dishwasher were clogged and needed attention. He was professional, answered all of my questions, and timely on a Saturday.
DO NOT use this company!! They are super unethical and unprofessional. They first didn’t show up when they said and changed my appointment. The tech that came out was Robert, employee #6931. He first checked the toilet I originally called about and said it was a quick fix, that it just needed to exchange the parts inside the toilet tank. Also, advises me that the other 2 toilets will also need the same parts changed due to being made with the same materials. Stated it was going to be $389.00 WITHOUT parts to fix 1 toilet. Tells me he can cut me a deal and fix all 3 toilets for $550.00 WITHOUT parts. I told him I needed to call my husband to decide and he starts pressuring me by stating: “this is the RIGHT NOW price. If I have to come back or they have to send another tech is going to be more”. I make my call and once I get off the phone, I politely said no and he said “ok” with an upset tone in his voice. Quickly rushed downstairs as I’m right behind him to walk him out, I said “thank so you for coming out” and he just storms off and slams my front door. I find it super unethical and unprofessional to act that way when a customer decides not to get their services and the price is just outrageous. He was also complaining he had to drive an hour to my location when I called the google location in mesquite which is 15 minutes away from me. Not my fault where they’re sending you from when the operator stated there will be no cost to have someone come out to provide an estimate. Pressuring customers is never a good idea and neither is slamming doors. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
