We were very happy with the service we received from this company. We had clogged pipes in our laundry room (dog hair) and Shane, our service tech, was wonderful. It took him hours to get the clog due to the configuration of our pipes. He was very professional, never complained and we enjoyed our time with him. The problem was fixed and drainage is the best it's ever been. We would definitely recommend this company and have nothing but gratitude for Shane and all his hard work. Thank you!

We had a clogged toilet and Roto-Rooter was able to respond same day to repair the issue at a reasonable cost. Kordell was prompt and professional and diligently worked to restore our office rest room as quickly as possible. Great guys!

When I called at 11:00 am to schedule service, I was told someone would be onsite within 2 hours. I called dispatch after 2 hours (at 1:00 pm) and they said within another hour. I called again at 5 :00 pm (after 6 hours) and still no ETA. The crew showed up after 6:00 pm, but then did an excellent job fixing my sewer problem

RotoRooter defends agents in elder abuse complaint:
I have tried to fight outrageous charges made in advance of performing what turned out to be a simple drainage correction. A very smooth -talking agent from the Wilsonville, Oregon, office caught me on a very anxious and unfocused day and took advantage of my 79 year old brain. The price charged turned out to be about 10 times as much as was reasonable for what they did.
Bank of America credited me temporarily, but required a statement from an alternate provider. Only one other provider, which I did not know about before, was available locally and they refused to rat RR out by making an after the fact estimate.
RotoRooter smugly states that they have a signed contract andit isn't their problem. Anyone could read the work description and realize the charge was ridiculous. Not only are they doing nothing about this agent and his office co-exploiter, the company thinks it is above moral responsibility.
Avoid using this company if at all possible.
