We own an old house with old plumbing and one night the shower and sink in the bathroom stopped draining. My attempts to fix it myself were naturally a failure, resulting in some really disgusting material bubbling up from the drain and filling the tub.
Called Roto Rooter the next day and they were going to have someone out THAT day! However, I chose the next day. Dustin arrived promptly as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a shockingly reasonable price, and fixed the problem in short order.
Service was prompt, professional, and friendly with a reasonable fee. Highly recommend.

Roto-Rooter was extremely fast to get out here to fix our toilet which wasn’t functioning properly. Jack came out and was extremely professional and friendly and retrieved a large piece of plastic that had somehow gotten lodged in the toilet. Have used this company before and will use them again!

Technician was great! Found and resolved problem quickly. Company’s service was backed up quite a bit outside of the 2-hour window I was given, but glad they were able to complete the work today. They did keep in touch on delays.
