I had Roto Rooter to our home twice this week. Once for a clog and then a cracked pipe. Both technicians that worked with us were exceptional. They communicate how they would solve the problem clearly, and did the work quickly and efficiently. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and will now use them for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks so much!

After a big storm we had water coming into our furnished basement, while Roto Rooter was quick to come look at the issue I felt as though they did not give me any helpful info or insight on anything except for what I already knew. I was under the impression they did water damage clean up and repair but I was told “no they don’t deal with that but can fix the sump pump for $1,100 when I could just buy and replace on my own for $300. Will not be using again unfortunately.

My plumber was very knowledgeable and was able to point out issues with the way the water supply piping was installed. Being a licensed First Grade Stationary Engineer, I have performed this function often in less confined places. Very impressed with his abilities!

We asked for Sailoh to unclog our kitchen/ laundry drain. He did an outstanding job for us 2 years ago and remembered to call Roto-Rooter right away. He did a great job and explains what he did to fix the problem and what caused the clog and how to prevent it. He’s very polite, friendly and very professional. He deserves a big raise!
