I called and they were at my house in about 2 hours. Gunner worked in the dark to try to unclog my drains. When the issue was not resolved, Van came out the next day and scoped the drains. Gunner returned also to help get the issue resolved. What nice gentlemen they were,explaining everything and getting my plumbing problems fixed!! Thank you Roto Rooter!! Will definitely call you again should I need help!

Just had a great experience with Brian (#0571). Came on time as promised, was very professional and knowledgeable, did great work, and put my mind at ease during and at conclusion of service. Our repairman, Gunner, was incredible. He arrived on time on a Sunday morning and completed the work in a relatively short amount of time. Gunner was polite, friendly, and professional. We were definitely impressed with the level of service we received.

Colin was very friendly, informative, and helpful. He let me know what was going on and kept me informed while trying to unclog my kitchen sink.
It was a quick and efficient job. Didn't have to wait long for him to get here and fix the sink. Now I can use my sinl again!
