Last time I had a leaking toilet. They came in, immediately knew what was the issue was. I was even assisted in what parts I’d need for the current and future repair I will need. Be nice to the people working on your homes. So far, this team has been great each time they have come into my home.

The service provided was outstanding. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. This is one service should I need it again, I shall call them. They came within an hour of the initial phone call and were finished leaving the area cleaner than it was. Thank you for the professional service.

David Sierra came out to fix the issues I was having with my toilet. He was friendly and had great customer service. I will be calling him if I ever need plumbing help in the future.

Rohail and Daniel were very easy to work with during my sewer piping repair and . Only caution is make sure you understand Roto Rooter has separate departments for plumbing and pipeline repair that require trenching. Simply discuss this if you have multiple issues.
