Adrian, was awesome and came by so fast to assist us with a clog backing up out system. He cleaned out our outside clean out and got ahold of a technician to come out and camera our lines while he was assuring us. He was absolutely wonderful in assisting us and teaching us with his wealth of knowledge. Would highly recommend this company and service technician.

Austin was professional courteous and had an understanding of what was going on. He stayed until the job was completely done he had me check it a couple of times to make sure that everything was working in the house. I would recommend him and want him again if I ever have any issues again.
Austin's helper was as knowledgeable as he was and very professional and courteous.

Adrian was awesome! I didn’t know I had a clean out, and he took the time to locate it for me on top of clearing our drain. He called his supervisor to send a camera down to ensure that there wasn’t a break in the pipe. He also gave me some ideas for making my system work more efficiently. Can’t thank him enough!

Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable. I called in about slow drains and a few other other questionable items and he did not leave until all was handled and even set follow-up to ensure everything about the job is done. I appreciated Roto Rooter being available and providing a options for my older home.
