I had unexpected Sewage coming up from an abandoned downspout hole that someone years ago attempted to repair with a concrete patch. It was a mess I was experiencing so much anxiety. I called Roto Rooter out to get an estimate for my insurance but I couldn't explain the situation well enough so Ben came back out and scoped the line and wrote up an estimate. State Farm my insurance company did not add the line coverage so I ended up working with Ben to resolve my anxiety and he was so professional and so understanding he went above and beyond to take care of everything I had to have another drain unclothed today and he sent out Jonathan, and again above and beyond. This service was initially an emergency and this company was A+ 100% effective the entire time. I'm sure I was a bit annoying to these professionals due the stress and anxiety but these guys stayed professional and courteous. Thanks for working this through to the end. Ben thanks so much! And thank Jonathan for going the extra mile.

We only use Roto Rooter for our plumbing issues. Though they may be a little more pricey than others, there is typically a coupon online that you can use. This morning we called at 9:15 and they were to our house within 45 minutes. They had our bathtub drain cleared within 30 minutes. They are always prompt and polite and get the job done quickly. We are very grateful for their service. Michael was an outstanding service technician.

Called them on a Sunday for a sewage backup issue in my basement, and two techs came out. They got there in a timely manner and were nice enough, but they didn’t do a great job of explaining what was wrong with my pipe and what was needed to fix it, so I was pretty confused much of the time. The real problem though was that I ended up paying $500 for nothing but to have them snake my line, and then I felt kind of railroaded into signing a contract for the repair, at a whopping $16,000. They neglected to tell me that they had also had me sign a waiver forfeiting my right to cancel said contract, thus eliminating my ability to shop around or get other estimates. After getting other estimates I learned that the price was on the high end but comparable, however I felt really uncomfortable with being pressured into a high stakes sale with no thorough explanation of what I was signing. I managed to finagle my way out of the contract but I just don’t trust them to be honest and transparent with me and won’t be hiring them again.

Horrible service!! This company prays on the elderly. Never fixed the initial problem of clogged pipe. Had to have a second plumber come out who solved the problem in less than 30 min. Lied about the restoration services they provided. Stat ed they had FANS in the in home for several days when there was a only one fan there for 24-36 hours which was completely unnecessary in the first place. She had all of the water cleaned up before they ever arrived. All of this was turned into her insurance and she was left with an 8500 dollar bill to pay after with absolutely nothing repaired. Attempting to resolve this issue with anyone at Roto Rooter was a joke. Was very saddened to see my 87 year old mother taken advantage of this way. .
