I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing done. They were so fast at responding and getting Craig out here and fixing the issue the same day! Craig was so professional and so kind. He took the time to look over everything and explain what was going on and walked my husband and i through the process. He even explained to us how something with our furnace was installed wrong and why we would want to look into getting it fixed. Very thorough and we highly recommend this company and Craig! Will be using him for now on for any plumbing needs!
Alik and Matt were absolutely great. I suffer from a traumatic brain injury and I made them aware due to sometimes needing longer to process information. They helped by making sure I understood everything that was needing to be done, and that they were going to do and the different processes. They were prompt, actually even showed up early and got their work done efficiently without needing any assistance from me. My only complaint, obviously in a perfect world is that it is rather pricey, especially for a single person in a home But it’s the only option you have. I guess that’s what you have to deal with. The appointment just took place so all I can review is the employees and the work that was done in the moment I will not be able to know at the present time if it is completed correctly until long-term but as for now, my water is flowing nicely and perfectly down my drains as I would hoped.
Tony Phillips came to help unclog the shower drain. He was professional and very easy to talk to. He was able to get rid of a very old and nasty clog , which was FAR beyond my capabilities. Thank you for the prompt and knowledgeable service :)
Arik and his supervisor were very knowledgeable, nice, courteous, and got the job done. Got to see my drain all the way out to the street, and everything is flowing now. Not an expense I wanted but an investment in my home. Thanks guys!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY! I manage several rental properties, and we had been using this company now for many of the properties. Normally one of our maintenance guys (who is a white male), is there at each unit when Roto Rooter comes out. He’s currently on vacation so, I was the one who spoke with the service guy who went out to the property today. I was told the drain was clogged with grease and that they could run a cable to unblock the drain, but he recommended that I also get a jetter done, so the drain would be completely clear and the warranty would be extended to 1 year. Of course the price was much higher as well. Once the service was done, the service plumber, who was with a trainee plumber named Nick, called to let me know it was complete and to take payment and that everything was good and tested. Nothing more. A few hours later, I received a call from my tenant upset, stating that the Roto Rooter guy name Nick told them if they hadn’t came out, their house could have blown up and he said it was a small gas leak and asked had anyone in the house been getting sick lately because it was probably from the gas leak from the drain. He than went on to tell the tenants that there was an S pipe under the sink causing gas to to exposed to them etc. Than proceeded to tell her that he would write this all up and contact me, the property manager to inform me of what was going on. Well, he never did!I called and asked for a supervisor and explained the situation and the guy was very rude! I ended up hanging up. Than about 5 mins later I received a call back from the company. It was Nick! I told him it was very unprofessional to tell my tenant these things and not tell me anything. He tried downplaying what he said. Saying he didn’t say the house could blow up, but he mentioned it he did say there could be gas in air. Than said I should know that there was an S pipe there. We hired this company to come out to fix the problem, he should have informed me of whatever he found that was not correct. He literally freaked out my tenants!!! Than the manager gets on call saying Nick was a trainee but has been in the field 3 years and should have never said those things because there wasn’t any gas coming up etc. He than informed me we had a S pipe and he could give me a discount on the p pipe install. Why wasn’t I informed is the real question! I called the so called professionals to handle the plumbing and this is how they handle things. I would never ever recommend any to use this company! I honestly believe it’s because I’m a black woman I was spoken down on the way they spoke to my tenants about this situation. I say that because had our maintenance guy been there, they would have handled this completely different. As the professional you should inform the person who is paying you and giving you business instead of lying to our tenants saying you had been called out to the property 19 times when your secretary looked it up and said it was once for a laundry basement drain in Dec 31st of 2021. Use this company at your own risk! They will be telling the tenants misinformation and won’t inform you of anything! I’ll rather use a local small business with some integrity from here on out. Responding to their reply: They offered to make the necessary changes after their technician totally was unprofessional with my tenants and told us nothing! If you follow state codes and protocols, that should have be a must that you contacted me and told me what was going on, which is the purpose of calling your company to fix whatever issues arise or at the very least inform us! We will not be doing business with you anymore! And neither will our follow local property managers or our businesses that I manage as well! Update: called me another plumber and was told we have a P trap attached and was told there is no way possible any sewer gasses could get in house! And it’s up to code. This company is a big scam and I’ll be calling an attorney!
