Rocky Mountain Restoration is AMAZING!! Santiago and Jeremy were incredible. They were responsive, communicative, friendly, and exuded the highest level of professionalism! We had an emergency plumbing issue in the home and they were there the same day to begin the process. They explained every step of the process, the work was completed in a time frame that exceeded expectations. If you are looking for a company that is knowledgable, professional, personable, and a company that actually cares about their clients then Rocky Mountain Restoration is the company you should be working with. We HIGHLY recommend their services! 10 Stars across the board!
Justin and Rocky Mountain have done today and in the past week terrific work for us after discovering a leak in the wall. They communicate well and all the employees that they have sent out have been wonderful. Today was a gentleman named Justin and even tho the plumbing was not ideal he made it work by running to home Depot, getting what was necessary as to give us a working sink. It's much more important and appreciated then you would at first realize until you're without a kitchen sink. They were totally professional and Justin did me a solid today.
Had a great experience. Trevor arrived and was very professional and helped explain the entire process and provided great advice. Santiago came the next day with his crew and they all worked very diligently to ensure everything was inspected and setup to go through the drying process. Finally had Austin come out to make sure everything was dried up and ready for repair. Thank you all involved and will recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration.
Rocky Mountain Restoration has been wonderful! They have diligently worked to take care of our rooms that sustained water damage from a leak in our shower. They have a very organized system in how they operate with each member finishing their part completely and then lining up the next technician needed to fully take care of the job at hand. They handle the insurance end as well by submitting photos and the necessary details for insurance to be able to pay their portion of services when applicable. I would definitely recommend RMR to whoever is in need of clean up due to water or any other disaster. Thank you!
This company is full of excellent-looking professionals that are experts at scamming you into a project and promising you a good rate, only to completely dump you once their service has been completed. My salesman Kamren did a fantastic job in promising the repair total to be at $1000, only for me to hear crickets for the next 3 months until the bill arrives for almost thrice that amount from their own billing department! They claim to have great relationships with insurance companies like Liberty Mutual but in reality there is absolutely no coordination between the companies. All my calls to the salesmen and their supervisors have gone unanswered. The ONLY reason I'm giving the company one star (and not ZERO) is because their work was good and the problem in my house was fixed.
