David, please, if you're going to steal the company and use it, at least pay your partner the money he invested or the money the insurance companies gave u for work you guys did. If he was there or not dosent matter.
And don't change passwords close down bank cards. You have no right to do that. The definition of a partner is that you make decisions together, which in turn makes u a thief. And people like u, the talkers, u make everything sound so good, but then do whatever u want so sad. You did it to me for 7 years. And ever partner warned me but you made them the bad guys. Again great talker.

RK restoration is professional and reliable. They did a beautiful job on with placing a tarp over my roof. They took pride in their work and very clean job. They are fast at responding to calls and definitely made me feel safe and confident in their business. I Highly recommend their services to everyone. If I can add a star I would! Beyond 5 star review.

Great company! David is a one of a kind person who will treat your house as his own and make sure the job will be done on the best side possible. We were positively shocked by the smoothness of the process. We signed an AOB with the company and they billed our insurance directly. Everything was taken care hassle-free! I highly recommend RK Cleaning for any water damage of mold related work you need. A++ Company!!!
