Risk Free Services saved the day! My water heater died and there was water everywhere. Mohamad arrived to do the inspection, listed my options, and then provided detailed information on the next steps to resolving my water damage. The crew were always on time, clean, and thorough. Omar provided phenomenal follow through and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything went seamlessly. I highly recommend Risk Free Serv Water Damage Repair as they did an excellent job in my bathroom remediation. I have never had a water intrusion that needed remediation so I have no idea on how to navigate this situation. After a recommendation from the mold inspector, I contacted Omar and he showed up the next day to do an assessment on my property. Omar gave me a detailed description of how the repair is going to be. He was always available whenever I have questions regarding the work and insurance claims. The people that came to complete the remediation were diligent and respectful to my home. They cleaned all affected areas of my home and turned it over to the contractor for repair spotless. If I would have to do another remediation, I would do it again with them at an instance. Thank you, Omar and the rest of your team. I appreciate all your help and I couldn’t thank you enough for your support during this stressful time. Highly recommend!

On May 13, 2023 my condo which I just purchased on May 1st flooded. I had absolutely no idea what to do, my homeowners insurance and HOA offices were both closed as it was a Saturday evening and I was left to scramble and figure out what to do while water was literally spraying out of my bathroom wall. I was able to reach an emergency plumber and was instructed to call a water remediation company immediately ( even before speaking to my insurance.) I came across Risk Free Serv and spoke to Omar. He explained to me what needed to be done immediately in the short term and then in great detail in the long term. He explained to me in detail the two routes I was facing with one option being paying out of pocket in the event there were any issues with insurance and option two which would be working with my insurance. It’s very important to note that there are two different pricing models used by this company with both being advantageous to the customer and 100 percent transparent to your home owners insurance company. They use a software that all insurance companies use when generating quotes and this is helpful for your insurance adjuster since both parties are calculating damages off of this nationally used software. Mold is not covered by many policies and mine was no exception so all mold related repairs I had to pay for out of pocket but will say this company does everything they can to charge a fair price. I absolutely feel the pricing was transparent and honestly i felt that Omar( initial point of contact) and Mohammed ( project manager) run an hones business and strive to be the best at what they do. The video I have attached to this review shows my condo when what I did have in the unit was sealed in the living room and all water remediation ( wet drywall removed etc) was complete leaving my condo ready for construction to begin. Thank you Risk Free SERV and Mohammed and team for helping to minimize my stress level and getting my condo prepared as quickly as possible.

Jody and Omar were very helpful, courteous, thorough, and professional when inspecting our ADU for evidence of water leaks. They were very clear in their explanations. We would ask them back if we ever needed their services again.
