I called Revive the morning I realized we had a septic backup that flooded parts of our basement. Denise was super helpful taking my call and Rob got a crew dispatched to our house in what seemed like no time. The crew of Jose, Angel, Steven, Eli and Brandon responded quickly. All of them went above and beyond to get the clean up job done quickly and thoroughly. They communicated throughout the process and left us feeling like our house getting cleaned was a priority. I would highly recommend Revive if you end up in the unfortunate situation where you’d need them!

Our basement had water damage from a leaky pipe, and we decided to call Revive. We've had a couple friends recommend their services, and honestly Revive exceeded my expectations. They were on-time, efficient, handled everything with care, and gave great customer service. Roger was exceptionally polite and very knowledgeable, you can tell he knows his work! He was able to answer all of my questions and left me with no worries about Revive's work. I highly recommend them!!

I engaged Revive to address the damage my refrigerator caused in my kitchen, hallway and laundry room from years of leaking. Jose and Angel were assigned to complete the removal, remediation and sanitizing of the spaces. I was not terribly excited to lose the use of my kitchen, laundry room and office space for an extended period of time. Both Angel and Jose were professional, knowledgeable, extremely efficient and kept me updated every step of the process. The work took far less time than I expected and I'm very pleased with the results. I am looking forward to working with the rebuild team to repair what needed to be removed as part of the remediation efforts due to such a positive experience with the remediation team.

It was a surprise to go to our office lower level and find water leaking in causing wet floors and potential for mold. We reached out to Revive Restoration and within an hour Steven Baughman was at our site to help. Steven was very nice, professional, and efficient in his work. Steven made sure we understood what was happening and why he needed to do with he did. Thank you for the great work, Steven! We will definitely use again!
