We just can't say enough about Restoration USA. We had significant roof damage from Solar Panels installation which caused water and mold damage to the ceilings of two of our bedrooms. John from Restoration USA , came to our home and made us feel at ease. He explained what had to be done step by step. The next day his professional workers, Karla and Robert, immediately worked to address the damages. They made us feel that we were their top priority. They arrived in time every day. They prepared the affected areas and removed all debris and cleaned after their work. Everyday was a pleasant feeling having them working on our damage ceilings. They answered all our questions and showed us what they had done at the end of each work day. Karla and Robert were very personable hard working people. We were extremely satisfied with their work and happy that they were chosen to work on our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable with their work. We are very happy we chose Restoration USA to help us with our damage and mold ceilings. We highly recommend this company and we would not hesitate to use them again.

I contacted Restoration USA for a water leak and mold mitigation in my kitchen. From day one, Mr. Roberto Puente did an outstanding job. He was very meticulously and professionally preparing the house, removing cabinets, walls, etc., taking our health as a priority since we were in the house throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him for a job well done! Thank you Mr. James Cohen and John de Costa for all you have done and sending the best of the best!

Restoration USA took care of me at my home when the pipe underneath my sink broke. The entire area flooded while I was on vacation, so I came home to lots of water and the beginning of mold. They came to my old home in Pompano Beach within an hour of me calling, and started working that same day. My insurance covered all of it, which really can't be beat. Thanks so much Restoration USA!

This company is absolutely nothing short of amazing! John listens and hears what the needs are and makes sure you feel as important as the next job. They are professional, on time and very catering to the clients needs and time. I have used them for years with 2 different houses. They take the time to walk you through the process and spend time even after in order to make you feel comfortable. They are extremely professional and I feel safe having them in my home. They treated my house as if it was their own. They ensure your family is safe and that is the most important thing. I would highly recommend this company.

I used restoration USA in 2005 for a big restoration in my home due to Huracane damage. They did a great, timely job. I trusted them with my house. I m using them again. If they are still in business after these many years, gives me confidence to have them work in my home again.
