So, we had a pipe burst under our home, beneath the foundation. The water came up pretty much in the center of the house and went outward, destroying wood flooring and drywall as it went. Restoration Royale was on site almost immediately. We got drying fans, demo done in record time, and were then given time to make decisions on how to put it all back together as Restoration Royale worked things out with insurance. Not only did we get just what we wanted, we got a lot of professional advice and suggestions on tweaking our ideas to be more efficient in space and cost. They even let our kids be part of the redesign process, choosing colors and putting some personal touches in place. Tony and Jessica will treat you right, and give you a straight appraisal of what does and does not need to be done. They work with a network of veteran-owned businesses, and can find specialists in any trade necessary to your project or rebuild. I'd definitely work with them again!

Great experience with Restoration Royale. The owners Jessica and Tony helped me twice when I had pipes bust in the freeze. They removed water, did the dry out and did the rebuild. Renee who works for them was fantastic and provided great communication and quality work. I highly recommend them if you need a contractor for either water damage or a rebuild/remodel.

I had a pipe burst in my garage this past Christmas eve. I called Restoration Royale and they answered on Christmas day and offered to send someone out immediately. I was very surprised at their response time. They came and put out dry equipment to minimize the amount of damage and started immediately on the mitigation process. The whole insurance process was easy with them. I could not be happier. Thank you!
