They removed water damaged cabinets and flooring and dried out the area. While the techs were here they were very conscientious about keeping things clean and dry (we were having a huge storm). They were prompt and arrived as scheduled.

Outstanding work by very professional teams. On time all three visits. Excellent work in all ways, perfectly enclosed damaged area, only removed and cleaned what was needed, came back twice to see if are had dried out (massive dehumidifier), cleaned up everything when finished. Met three different teams and all were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend for the quality of work.

3 days post plumbing break under home with sewer water that was standing thanks to CSAA lack of dealing with issue during a weekend, in which I called a plumber out immediately to repair line. It is now another 3 days and the lack of care and treatment given my home despite authorization by insurance, the work was incomplete, underestimated by their field supervisor, the area contaminated by a broken sewer line, the dirt was muddy throughout crawl space and tenants still complained of unpleasant odor and sewer flies. It was escalated to a supervisor, 2 forms need to be signed before they will do any work, just fyi, even if your home has sewage underneath, odor and flies in home . I am still, waiting if they were to come back , like promised, and I have not heard back from my tenant for no drying out process was ever done, nor complete antimicrobial treatment in area effected and no deodorizing . We will see if they show up tomorrow, they have their forms and since the pipe break it has been 7 days, 3 of which were due to lack of CSAA on call adjuster doing their job. The company is trying to make this better, but the time, information, them needing their 2 forms signed and returned to them when I did not have home access, before they do anything, my time and frustration taken and tenants complaints are concerning. This should have been completed efficiently, appropriately in same day with sewage present. 2 faults, CSAA and company they referred my home to.
Just informed from tenant, RMC came back and appeared to do their job and the home smells like a" laundry smell." They are to send another team tomorrow to reinspect. THANK YOU , Supervisor, CLAUDIA AND dispatcher, NELIA for your help.
