Ian and his team are THE BEST! Restoration Maintenance worked hard and quickly to do mold removal in our new home just in time for us to move in! We couldn't be happier with the kind guys that came out to get the job done and exceeded our expectations. Hoping we never have mold again, but will definitely recommend or call them again in the future!

We reached out to Restoration Maintenance as they came highly recommended to us. We had a plumbing leak within the wall behind our refrigerator that had caused mold and water damage and had spread to multiple walls/rooms. The owner came out immediately to assess and talked us through the process. They recommended another company to conduct the mold assessment, which was done thoroughly and timely. The team at Restoration Maintenance set up a containment, removed the walls, carefully handled our possessions and cleaned absolutely everything. They were on time every day and worked really hard. I plan on recommending them to other friends and family in the South Florida area for any remediation's that need to be done. 10/10 would recommend these guys. They know their stuff and are super professional.

My wife and I are having our first child and had to fix a wall in that room, we were greeted with mold on the dry wall and behind that on the concrete. We gave Restoration Maintenance a call since they were recommended by a friend, this was a great decision. Ian and Jesse from the company were out there immediately. I’ve never had a more professional experience from a company, they were responsive, honest, and clean. They helped put our minds at ease and walked us through the whole process to show us what was being done. I will be recommending them to any and everyone I know that needs this type of work. Upon returning from our Christmas break, we found that our living room and kitchen had about an inch and a half of water from a broken sprinkler. My wife found Restoration Maintenance on Google Review with very good ratings and we called them. Right from start, Ian, explained what needed to be done and how long it was going to take to do it. Also, he was willing to work with our insurer to get them to pay for the actual cost of the service. Ian was very professional, detailed in his description of the work, and the timeline for each phase of the job. The first week was mold remediation. Jesse, the project manager and his crew, Steve, Brent, and Mike were courteous and helpful, and got the job done, although I think that they could have done the mold clearance testing on Thursday morning and get the results by Friday evening so that the repairs could start early Monday morning. It ended up starting on Tuesday but they worked extra hard the following weeks to be on schedule. They recommended, Cody for the mold inspection, who also did the test in a timely fashion. The second phase, was reconstruction managed by Jesse and his other crew lead by Alexis. Alexis work, with Jesse's guidance was impeccable. Since our floor had been discontinued, Alexis visited several different manufacturers until he found the perfect replacement, which my family loved it. Since all 6 feet of wall had been removed, he took care on finding the exact color and did the texturing in such a way that one cannot tell that all that area had been removed. Also, due to asthma issues in the family, I asked Jesse to get a low VOC paint, and he did a great job in finding the lowest VOC paint available (we felt no paint smell) when we returned to the home. In addition, after I explained the respiratory issues to Jesse, he brought in an industrial strength air scrubber and left it on through out the the rest of the restoration. That shows how they care about their customers. At the end of the last week when the job was 99% done, Jesse handed me a tape and asked me to mark any areas that needed any touch ups. He came the next day and resolved all the remaining little issues that were left and our living room and kitchen look better than before. Jesse also went the extra mile and replace the old plastic rails in the drawers with metal ones, replaced all the plates on all the power outlets. They also came back one second time to remove some remaining dust from windows and chandeliers, as well as replacing a window board that was showing signs of mold. Overall, I would say that they were very professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to make us, their customer, happy. I definitely recommend Restoration Maintenance for mold and house repair work. It is a 5 star Company.

Jason & Ian were saints! I’m so happy that I called Restoration Maintenance. I had a mold scare in my condo & was totally freaked out! I called Thursday morning & Ian was at my front door on time Friday morning for a mold inspection. He thoroughly inspected my whole place, explain to me what type of mold eas growing & why it was occurring. Jason came and tested the air in my apartment, they are both very professional, knowledgeable and informative. They really put me at ease while still tackling the problem! I hope to NEVER have any issues of this sort again but I’ll gladly call Restoration Maintenance and confidently recommend them to any and everyone! Thank you again Jason & Ian
